1. Recorded Courses & Digital Programs

Due to the digital nature of recorded courses and the immediate access provided to educational materials, purchases are generally non-refundable once course access has been granted.

However, refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

48-Hour Refund Period

Participants may request a refund within forty-eight (48) hours from the purchase date, subject to all of the following conditions:

• Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.

• No certificate has been issued.

• Downloadable materials, templates, resources, or course content have not been substantially downloaded, copied, shared, or misused.

• The participant provides a reasonable explanation for the refund request.

Refund requests that do not satisfy the above conditions may be declined.

Additional Cases Eligible for Review

Refund requests may also be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment transactions.

• Accidental purchases reported within 24 hours of purchase, provided the course has not been substantially accessed.

• Technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Live Training Programs

The following policy applies to all live online, virtual, classroom, workshop, seminar, and in-person training programs unless otherwise stated in the program description.

Cancellation Fourteen (14) Days or More Before Training

Participants may be eligible for:

• A full refund; or

• Transfer to another available training session.

Cancellation Between Seven (7) and Thirteen (13) Days Before Training

Participants may be eligible for:

• Up to 50% refund; or

• Transfer to another available training session.

Cancellation Less Than Seven (7) Days Before Training

Training fees become non-refundable. However, transfer requests may be considered at the sole discretion of IslamKamal.com.

Once the training program has commenced, fees become non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within seven (7) business days.

The time required for funds to appear in the participant’s account may vary depending on:

• The payment gateway.

• Banking procedures.

• The original payment method.

• The card issuer’s processing timelines.

Whenever possible, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Payment Gateway & Banking Fees

Any non-refundable payment gateway fees, banking charges, currency conversion fees, taxes, or transaction costs may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.

5. Policy Abuse & Fair Usage

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases involving:

• Policy abuse.

• Excessive refund patterns.

• Unauthorized sharing of course content.

• Misuse of educational materials.

• Fraudulent activity.

6. Final Decision on Refund Requests

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The final decision regarding refund eligibility rests solely with IslamKamal.com.
